We will meet to discuss desired therapy outcomes to create an individualized treatment program that is functional for your child and family needs. Services can be provided in your home, at your child’s daycare, or at your child’s private school (pending on private school’s policies and procedures). Services can also be provided remotely using a HIPAA compliant teletherapy program.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to be active participants in therapy sessions to promote the carryover of skills into the home and community environments.
A child’s therapy is dependent on their whole team! Here at Rise & Shine Therapy we pride ourselves on interdisciplinary service delivery models. We will collaborate with other providers that service your child’s learning needs (e.g., school-based SLPs, OTs, PTs, special education teachers, general education teachers, BCBAs – Board Certified Behavioral Analysts) and your child’s medical team (e.g., Pediatricians, Neuropsychologists, Dentists, Orthodontists, and Otolaryngologists).
